No live baits, Dead baits or Lures (Maggots & Worms are allowed)
Properly prepared particles can be used
Surface fishing is allowed, but no loose floating baits
Bait Boats are permitted but must be used without interference to other anglers
Barbless hooks (No crushed barbs)
Every Angler must have a landing net, all fish must be netted
Fishing from numbered pegs only
No braided mainline
Braided hook lengths must have soft plastic coating
All Anglers must have a unhooking mat or cradle, no fish to be laid on grass, slab or any other hard surface
All photos must be taken holding the fish while kneeling (A dropped fish is a dead fish)
No fixed rigs (leads or fixed feeders)
No keepnets (Except in pre-booked matches)
All landing nets, unhooking mats, cradle, or keep nets must be brought dry to the lakes (Stops the spread of disease)
No litter, Please take your litter home
No barbecues or fires
All fish must be returned gently and carefully to the lake and peg where they were caught.
NO FISH TO BE REMOVED FROM THE LAKES
Well behaved dogs are permitted but MUST be kept under control, on a lead. Please clean up after them and take it home
No abuse to bailiff/members of staff
All vehicles & equipment is left at owners risk, we have the right to search vehicles
All under 16’s must be accompanied & supervised by an adult
Noise to be kept to a minimum. Please respect other anglers
Please check match booking and peg closure prior to commencement of fishing
Night fishing on Willows Lake only with pre-booked ticket
All nets to be laid out behind the peg to dry out
Nets can be placed into the lakes 15 minutes before a match starts(dry)
Your boundary is halfway between you and the next angler
Max 50Ib in each net
Padded mat must be used under nets when weighing
Do not tumble fish down the keepnet -collapse the net and pull 2nd or3rd ring from the bottom through the top of the keepnet
When returning the fish, please remember to gently put them back into the water from the bag or net
